One Account Per Player

2 Eligibility

To register and use a GoldenBet account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

GoldenBet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one GoldenBet account only. This applies per person, per household address, per IP address, and per device. GoldenBet uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, GoldenBet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number. This information must match the identity documents you provide during verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GoldenBet username and password. GoldenBet will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity carried out on your account using your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to GoldenBet support before the activity occurred.

GoldenBet may require identity verification (KYC) at any point — including before processing withdrawals, after large wins, or as part of routine compliance checks. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Payments

GoldenBet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other payment methods listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit on GoldenBet is BDT 100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though GoldenBet may apply transaction limits for compliance purposes.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. GoldenBet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, GoldenBet reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

If a deposit does not appear in your GoldenBet account within 15 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first.

5 Withdrawals

GoldenBet processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different bKash or Nagad number than the one on file for your account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

The minimum withdrawal amount on GoldenBet is BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for large amounts or accounts undergoing verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.

Players who have active bonus funds in their account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

All bonuses on GoldenBet are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer details.

GoldenBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to your account, GoldenBet will remove the bonus funds and any winnings generated solely from those funds. Deposited funds will not be affected.

Attempting to abuse GoldenBet bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to bypass restrictions, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on GoldenBet are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. GoldenBet is not responsible for the outcome of individual games, as all results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures.

In the event of a technical error during a game — including disconnections, software malfunctions, or display errors — GoldenBet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. GoldenBet will not honour payouts that result from a technical error that produced an incorrect result.

For sports betting, GoldenBet reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. GoldenBet's trading team makes final decisions on disputed sports betting outcomes.

Players are expected to use GoldenBet's games for personal entertainment only. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GoldenBet and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

  • Creating more than one GoldenBet account
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
  • Using another person's identity or payment method
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors or software bugs for financial gain
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
  • Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any competitive format
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions in any way, including coordinated abuse across multiple accounts
  • Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
  • Engaging in any activity that GoldenBet reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or fraud
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing GoldenBet staff or other players

GoldenBet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. If GoldenBet suspects that an account is being used for illegal activity, it will freeze the account, preserve all relevant records, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

GoldenBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. 11 Account Termination

12 Limitation of Liability

GoldenBet provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While GoldenBet makes every effort to maintain 99.9% uptime and accurate game results, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
